What saved me from giving 2 stars was the good customer service. Check in was quick & easy.nFirst room: Hair in shower and dust everywhere around the bed. I was able to change rooms and the head of house cleaning apologized for the first room.nSecond room: Some dust present around the bed area but not as bad. Bathroom was clean.nBed was comfortable. Location is good. Requires a bit of walk for the underground services, but bus runs right outside the hotel.
We were absolutely delighted with the customer service of this Holiday Inn Express. We arrived early in the morning and were allowed to get an added on breakfast which was fresh, hot and delicious. We were also able to check in early once they had a room available. The staff at the front desk and waiting staff at breakfast were so kind and friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much.
A visit to London for the night to go see ABBA Voyage. Very well situated for this event. Rooms very comfortable, clean and warm.nnWe were situated on the 5th floor and faced onto a busy road which can be noisy round the late evening time, however, once the curtains are shut and your settled after a busy day I cannot fault my sleep.nnStaff were all friendly and ample options for breakfast.
Absolutely reasonable hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff.nWhat I didn't like was the area/neighborhood and the thin toilet paper don't know if this is a thing in the UK. Also the rooms and the bath could be a little bit more modern.nBut we still had a good stay.
Great value and excellent service from the staff. Bedroom well designed and clean and tidy. The room was slightly cold, and adjusting the heating thermostat sadly did nothing to help.nnGreat hotel 10minute walk if planning to see Abba Voyage .
