We booked a double bed room in this branch of Holiday Inn. Their service level, cleanliness, and staff professionalism exceeded my expectations. We booked this room two months prior to our arrival date. I can say that our experience was not only worth the cost, but also it was cheaper than the other options we had. The locations was super convenient. There is a bus stop within two minutes walking distance, and underground station within 10 minutes walking distance. It's also close to M & S. Last but not least we paid a very reasonable price for Christmases dinner buffet which had a good varieties of selections for different diet preferences. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights in November '25.nnThe location is very good. It's not particularly close to the nearest tube, a 10-15 minute walk, although buses operate from outside. It proved to be a good base for activities on the east side of London.nnIt's a bit noisy outside at night with the window open, with sirens etc.nnThe room was a bit dated, but very good overall. It was the largest bed we've slept in. Although we weren't in London to see ABBA, lots of people stay here for the ABBA arena and we met several happy ABBA fans, which was nice.nnThe breakfast service is great and the staff are a credit to the hotel, the outstanding feature.nThey have pushed this from a 4 star to 5 star rating.nnWe'd recommend it.

The staff here are fantastic — a special shout-out to Jana at the front desk and Teagan in the breakfast area for their warm and helpful service.nnThe rooms are a good size with spacious bathrooms, making for a comfortable stay. The location is great too — about a 10-minute walk to Stratford Station, the bus interchange, and Westfield shopping centre.nnWe chose this hotel because it’s only around a 15-minute walk to the ABBA Arena, and it’s an easy stroll to get there.nnBreakfast offered an excellent range of hot and cold options, and everything was fresh and tasty.nnOverall, a great stay — we would happily stay here again.

Booked this hotel as we were close to the ABBA venue just a short 15min walk.nRoom and bedding very clean, having a kettle and teabags is a bonus.nStaff very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was terrific with plenty of choice. Would recommend for anyone going to the ABBA venue.

What a lovely stay we had at this fab hotel. The room was fantastic, so clean and comfortable, we had 2 great sleeps, so quiet. The breakfast is so nice, so much choice and the hot food is actually hot!! The staff are amazing and friendly, so helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location, so accessible for travel around London and so close to ABBA arena for our visit there. We will now always use this hotel when we are in London. Thank you.
