We are thoroughly enjoying our stay at the Holiday Inn Leicester, where the service has been exceptional! The rooms are spacious and airy, equipped with ample facilities that make for a comfortable stay. The bathroom and toilet are meticulously cleaned daily, and all essentials are readily available, adding to the convenience.nnSpecial recognition goes to the staff, who have made our experience even more enjoyable. The receptionist, who tirelessly works both day and night, is always ready to assist with a warm smile. In the middle of the night, we requested milk for our baby, and a kind-hearted Afghan staff member personally brought it to our door, making our little one very happy—a truly thoughtful gesture.nnThe breakfast team is wonderful, especially the caring lady Jackie in the kitchen and a friendly Gujarati gentleman who adds a warm touch to our mornings. Joseph has also been incredibly helpful during the day, always happy to answer our questions.nnA special thanks to the night manager, a compassionate lady who quickly came to our aid when the room door accidentally locked with our baby inside while I was in the hallway. Her quick response and kindness during a stressful moment made a huge difference.nnIf there’s one small suggestion, it would be to add a bit more lighting to the rooms for a brighter feel when needed. But overall, this has been a truly pleasant and safe stay, and we highly recommend Holiday Inn Leicester for its excellent hospitality and welcoming atmosphere!nnThanks,nLimbachiya Family.
Had an excellent stay here. Spacious room and great location. I was also delighted that there was a curry buffet on the evening we stayed, lovely food! Breakfast is excellent too. Just be careful not to miss the turning into the NCP car park as it’s easy to drive past on first attempt!
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Leicester, and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food was excellent, offering a great variety of dishes that were both delicious and fresh.nnMy room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.nnOverall, I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Leicester, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great service, friendly staff, and a clean, comfortable room – what more could you ask for?
This is a fantastic hotel! I always assumed Holiday Inns were budget and dreary, but I was pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean this one was. The staff was always at our service, and the breakfast had an excellent variety. A wonderful stay overall!
Had a fantastic stay here. I have to mention the absolutely outstanding food in the restaurant. The chef Prasanna even came out to see me and it was amazing to meet someone so enthusiastic about cooking and food. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leicester. It's far better than any of the other places I have stayed at.
