I have been going to this hotel for over 20 years, and have visited 4 times so far this year.  Eva, the manager is incredibly professional, friendly and so very helpful with any room requests. She should be highly commended for her excellent customer care and how positively she represents the hotel.nThe hotel is beautifully clean, and all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for everything you need in the city. I cannot wait to go and stay again soon and cannot recommend the hotel and it's staff enough. Thank you so much Eva.

One night stay, we had a room with 2 double beds which were very comfortable we also had a bath which was nice as normally only get a shower now adays. The staff were really nice and helpful especially at reception and breakfast was very good. The staff were very efficient and went above and beyond. A lovely atmosphere. We were able to get a disabled parking space just outside the door which was a bonus too.

Spent two nights Friday and Saturday here between two weeks of work trips. Centrally located and easy access to the city center - easiest way to get there is through the car park, since there is only one cross walk from the little “island” of land that the hotel is on. Prices were fair. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

Great experience I would give 5 stars  this was my second time I stayed here for 3 nights last year we booked it and was found great. You can just walk around and will find everything within reach, mall, shops, food shops,  bus station, train station, also my fav. Taco bell.  Holiday Inn Leicester is located at a prime location.  Friendly, helpful staff, easy check in  clean spacious room  overall experience excellent.nThanks a lot Holiday Inn Leicester team and keep up the good work.nSohail Iqbal

Room very nice and clean  The room was very nice and clean. We stayed for one night. The breakfast was very nice. Only one thing: the morning and evening receptionists were not friendly and did not make us feel welcome.
