Good price for acceptable apartments. Don't expect any luxury. Reception is common for Dyersgate and Roman Wall. Staff are very gentle and always ready to help, they surely are the best part of these apartments. Call them to their mobile phone if you cannot find them in reception, they might be helping some other guest.

My partner booked us a so called “luxury” apartment, and what we got was a tiny cold studio instead when we arrived 27/01/18. This was not what he had booked. There was a single radiator in the room, that for some reason refused to work. I could not find fault with the location, as very central, and only 5-10 minutes walk away for the city centre. Both my partner and I were tired from a day’s worth of activities that we decided to call it a night. However, we didn’t get any sleep there. On our floor was a party - nothing wrong with that, but the noise got louder and louder. My partner left the room to get something out the car, and was met by a young girl dancing in the corridor, with music blaring from the open door of the apartment where the party was happening. On his return, my partner said he saw another 15-20 people go into the apartment and the music was getting louder and louder. From the balcony of the room, we saw more and more people coming to the apartment block and even witnessed a queue of people waiting to come in as though this was a nightclub, instead of a place of relaxation. We then made the decision at 1am to leave Quality City Apartments and drive home. As we left the apartment we witnessed an individual who I can only assume worked for the company, apologising for the noise. A guest came out of the apartment next to the party one asking what was going on and how he was going to sort it out as he wanted to sleep... to say this member of staff was out of his depth is putting it politely. As we walked towards the lifts we were met by 6/7 men who were standing on guard, almost like bouncers, and hoards of young women were coming up to our floor. Once we got the car out of the apartment block, we needed to return the keys. The street outside was heaving with people, queuing to get into Quality City apartments. As we made our way to the reception to hand in our keys, more young women swarmed in, and I distinctly heard one saying she did not care that people were sleeping, she wanted to party. The sheer amount of people was very intimidating and I don’t believe it’s an exaggeration to say that the party was only just beginning by the time we left at half one. Whatever was happening here did not feel right, and City Apartments did not appear to have control of the situation. Both my partner and I agree we will not be revisiting this place anytime soon.

Good location, central, not 5 star, but good if you like to prepare your own food. The apartments have kitchen fully equipped.

Lots of problems- Bed is not good and have bend in between, very difficult to sleep. My back started paining in 3 days!!! No brand new dish washer liquid, they gave me the used one. Vessel shortage in kitchen. Small bedroom size.

Lovely apartment. Close to the city centre. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Nice and quiet. Would definitely use again
