We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is in an excellent location, and the staff truly make the experience exceptional. A special mention goes to Paula at breakfast, who is always welcoming, highly organised, and incredibly helpful. Her friendly and professional approach consistently ensures that guests feel well looked after. The outstanding service provided by the team is a real credit to the hotel, and we would happily recommend it to others.
I have not received the room yet but the process to book it in person is ridiculous.nYou should be able to book a room without an email or phone number. And just money. It makes no sense and if there’s staff present and a room free then I should be able to stay in said room no matter the time. For an allocated time. It is nothing to do with the local staff only an admin corporate problem with the company as a whole.
Wonderful stay came to see a show with friends had a nice big room with a view from the 12th floor. A special mention to Sabrina from check in to eating in the restaurant, she was an absolute diamond even sorted other issues out for us in the room. She made us all feel welcomed and cared for. We will stay here again and hope she is still there. Food was good the ravioli was nice maybe needs less oil though.
So good to be back at this hotel after ten years! The spaces have been renovated since our last stay but the familiar comfort remains. The staff work at the front desk, at the bar, and at the restaurant - and they conduct the tasks wonderfully. I didn't manage to get their names, but they were all great. The hairdryer in our room wasn't working, I brought it to the front desk and handed it to the staff who was in the middle of helping some guests with checking. In less than 5 minutes, she knocked on our hotel door with another hairdryer!nnBreakfast was hearty and filling. I love cooked English breakfasts and Premier Inn does it so well. We also have dinner there on two nights - I loved the Makhani Chicken especially but everything was delicious!nnThe beds were comfortable. The shower was a little weak and squealed but it worked.nnA tip for breakfast if you have prebooked it and have a non-'western' name, give your room number and your full name. Don't just give your last name. Our breakfast booking couldn't be found initially because our middle name became our last name.
Came to stay for the night due to having an early hospital appointment.nChecked in and served all night by Ella. What a lovely young lady. Very smiley and happy even though she appeared to be rushed off of her feet, you wouldn’t have known it.nMy daughter says “she was very kind and helpful. When we checked in she was very welcoming. I can’t wait to come back”nThe food in the restaurant came out quickly and was delicious. My daughter really liked it.nnWe will be back again next week for another appointment and will definitely be staying here again.nnThanks so much Ella for your kind and bubbly nature.
