Great location, friendly staff! My Premier Inn experience is with larger and more anonymous but very reliable places, so this is a novelty, and a really welcome one. Small, in a lovely piece of Cheshire and just off the M56, access is excellent. Fantastic friendly staff and Brewers attached - everything is easy. This is an airport run - looks like plenty of others have decided that this is a good option too, but still a peaceful place. Would definitely use again. Update after holiday. Used again from return flight. Really warm welcome again and excellent friendly helpful staff. Nice short run to the airport outward we travelled in commuting hours by traffic still flows. Rooms are perhaps more dated - it's an older place - but are clean, bigger than done more modern ones, fully equipped and everything fully functional. Amazingly quiet given proximity to airport and motorway - there is no noise. Tattoo Gardens and Dunham Massey just on the doorstep too, and clearly a lovely part of the world. I'd definitely stay here if I were in the area in future, for the facilities and for the staff!
The staff are SO NICE! They went above and beyond for me! My company had booked me into this Premier inn on a business trip for one night. In that one night the reception staff, the restaurant staff attached to the hotel and even the cleaning staff the next morning were more accommodating and friendly and courteous to me than some 5 star hotels I have visited. The rooms are dated however my room was very big. It was essentially a suite and of course Premier Inn beds were very comfortable. The rooms are also very clean.
Ok for the few hours I stayed before my flight but the room and bathroom were just run down and need some TLC. No one at the reception for the first 10 minutes of arriving with a sign saying keep pressing bell. Nice staff member though. The pub next door was brilliant and lovely food and happy staff.
As far as premium inn goes this hotel I this the lowest. The customer service is great and friendly and accommodating however the place appears old. The shower heads low and small in space. The place just screams old and in need of a face lift. Breakfast however was good. However it was not self service it was by order.
This Premier Inn is starting to look well used and in need of some updates. It is acceptable and clean but has seen better days. Also, they have fitted fans in the bathrooms that are always on and noisy. You will need to close all doors to get to sleep.
A little different from the more urban, city-based Premier Inns, but once you've got your head around that, it's fine. The view from the first-floor bedrooms at the back is of open fields filled with cows, which is quite nice to wake up to, though its fairly remote location, while conveniently close to the M6, is rather away from other civilisation, which may explain why the rooms are cheap. You may become reliant on the on-site restaurant as a result, though our breakfast experience there was fine despite the toaster briefly catching fire slightly one morning!. Plenty of room in the free car-park, which is handy. Generally speaking, no complaints.
This wasn't the usual Premier Inn, well below the usual standard. The mattress cover on the double bed was stained, the hairdryer was broken. No air conditioning, just a fan. We were a group of 4 and booked this accommodation last November for Tatton show. Our rooms couldn't have been further apart. 2 in the existing buildings and 2 in the new. The whole place had an air of neglect but the towels and rest of the bedding clean. Wouldn't visit again. The reception staff however were friendly and helpful
Perfectly placed for an overnight stop over when travelling the length if Britain. Easily accessed from the m6/m56 this premier Inn is now some what tired in its room decor, bath tubs a bit grimy, but overall very functional. A family room slept 2 adults in double, and two children in individual singles with breakfast for one adult kids eat free! was just £55 with the ability to cancel without this it would have been around £45!. Fantastic value. Breakfast was both hot and buffet selection with helpful friendly staff. As the eatery is a brewers fayre we also ate an evening meal here when staying on our return journey. Ample free parking onsite and a BP petrol station right outside. Recommend this place for a cheap overnight stay or Base for local exploring.
Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. It is obviously not a traditional premier inn as the rooms are set out differently with a corridor leading to a separate bedroom. It is on the flight path for Manchester airport but the noise is not too noticeable from the room, and is just a low rumble, a pair of ear plugs fix that.
Clean and well maintained. Very large rooms. Maybe a little dated and will soon be in need of refurbished to keep it on par with other Premier Inns. Could do with a blind for the bathroom window especially as the shower was in front of it.
