Karen and Karl were just the best hosts. So friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room was spotless, the grounds beautiful and Sandy the dog so loving. The breakfast was beautiful. I really hope I'm down this way again as I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks for everything and the wedding was lovely x Rooms: Room was spotless. They have thought about everything you would need. From hairdresser to hot water bottle.

I took my partner here last week as a surprise for her 40th birthday and also to ask her to marry me, this is a gem of a place and was our 1st visit, this cottage is just lovely, room was nice and clean, the bed was just the best breakfast just what u need before heading home, big mention for Karen and Karl, in the short time we were there made us feel very welcome and felt like we had known them longer and hope to visit again very soon to see them again, thanks so much guys

Great place to stay. Great communication. They recommend a local taxi firm to take me to and from a wedding at Tatton Stock Farm. They let me check in early to get to the wedding on time. Room has a wet area with a shower. Had a view of the garden. Bed was nice. Great cooked breakfast. Friendly welcome and good bye. Rooms: Wet area with a shower. Comfy bed.
Karl and Karen looked after me very well and were particularly helpful with my specific needs like parking of my trailer. The room was very comfortable with a high quality finish. Their suggestions for dinner were much appreciated and proved successful. Breakfast was spot on. Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5
Wonderful, from the friendly welcome from Karen, to departure, refreshed and determined to return ! My single room was spacious, beautifully decorated, with a view over the garden and all the little thoughtful extras that make a stay special. Most importantly, my bed was without doubt, the most comfortable I have ever slept in ! Breakfast had options for all tastes and diets and my vegetarian breakfast was perfect. The combined practicalities of ample parking and location make Laburnum Cottage Guest House a perfect touring base and I so wish I could have stayed longer.Thank you again, your help and kindness is much appreciated
Beautiful location. Spotlessly clean. Friendly hosts. Only 2 slight issues, we couldn't get the bedside lamps to work and as it was 11pm we didn't want to bother the hosts. Also the cooked breakfast was lovely but the sausages were nice but very small. It was slightly above our normal price range but worth it for the peace and quiet and views of the planes overhead

We stayed for a week before and after our daughters wedding @ Owens farm barn in October. We were based in the annexe and it was just perfect for coming and going without disturbing anyone. Karen and Karl made the whole experience so enjoyable and went above and beyond with arrangements on the actual day. I had friends and family staying there too for a couple of nights, and Karen perfectly co ordinated our breakfasts so we could all get ready and was happy for the make up lady to work her magic on us all on the premises! We honestly can't thank them enough and would thoroughly recommend if attending a wedding locally and are not from the local area. Facilities were clean and comfortable and breakfast top notch Tip; I booked a year ahead as soon as wedding date announced.
