First room we got put in was very warm and air conditioning not working so we complained and got moved but once again air conditioning not working but at least this room was cooler staff were very friendly though.

Great place to stay for a quick stop. Exactly what you expect from a premier Inn. Comfortable and clean and great customer service.

Very good PI with an excellent trainee on duty. Sorry for her but no management in sight, only by phone. As usual WiFi is Pants, with endless problems but sorted by trainee. It seems to be a trend.. using trainees at busy times who have insufficient training of systems. PI note - money is NOT everything SERVICE IS. Don't lose your hard earned reputation by cost cutting everything.. also notice Grapefruit has been withdrawn from Continental breakfasts.
