My partner and I decided to trial camping before taking our kids away in the future and found Newbourne campsite. This area was great, it has a mixture of woodland and open grass where you can pitch a tent. The facilities were perfect and well maintained and the owner was very nice and accommodating. This place is a hidden gem and well worth the visit. Thank you for an amazing stay.

What a beautiful quiet little gem Newbourne Woodland Campsite, turned out to be!! The facilities are immaculate, and the little touches like mosquito spray for yourself and your tent, so thoughtful. Hot water bottles and blankets if you get cold, and hair drier! The double toilet and showers we're brilliant, hot water constantly running, so clean!! Just outside we're two sinks, supplied with washing up liquid and sponges. Camp fires are supplied and a crate if wood only £5!! Ours lasted 2 days. BBQs are also supplied for free, with cheap charcoal, you can also bring your own. There are 2 fridges where you can store your food, electric to charge your phone's, tablets etc. There is also a small shop should you need anything, ranging from drinks to beans to frozen food. You have a choice of camping in the woods, where we stayed, or on the green. There are signs asking for customers to keep the noise down after 10pm, not that we heard any during the day. It's so quiet and peaceful. We had an amazing, relaxing, 3 nights, originally 2 nights booked, but instantly fell in love with the place, and booked another night. There isn't one disappointing thing I can say. This is my first time camping, I was a little worried but after our first night, I didn't want to go home!! I will certainly be back in the near future.

Little gem of a campsite, everything has been well thought through and carefully provided for. Clean efficient showers and even hot water bottles, spare blankets and insect spray should you need any/either (nice touch). Efficient washing up facilities with scourers etc. Wood burners and BBQ's available to use with a reasonable charge for wood and charcoal which is plentiful and conveniently supplied. Small on-site shop which had most of the basics necessary. An all round well organised and efficiently run camp site.

An amazing woodland campsite, wuth everything you need for the perfect camping trip! Absolutely love it here, will keep coming back every year. Excellent facilities.

This is a wonderful campsite in a stunning setting with excellent facilities. The Kingfisher Cabin is just gorgeous so comfortable and with every consideration. It's a excellent place to relax for adults and your dog.
