We had a fantastic stay last night. The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was delicious! Marnie was really helpful, approachable and friendly. She was great at checking us in, offering suggestions on where to visit/ eat out.nThank you once again.
You always know what to expect from a Premier Inn - good beds, good breakfast - but this stay for business last week was even better due to the excellent service from the staff - polite, accommodating and keen to go the extra mile, I would definitely book again. Great location and easy parking a bonus too. Thanks to the team who seem to enjoy their jobs and were very welcoming.
I regularly stay at Premier inn across the UK - everyone person I've spoken with at this location have been super friendly. 'Jack' has been 10/10 - nothing is too big or small. I would stay here again!
Room was clean and everything worked ok. Bed comfortable like in most premier inn iv stayed in. Location was great for getting to town centre by walking. Only issue that stopped me give 5 stars Breakfast was very average they didn't keep it topped up very well so some items was unavailable from food and drinks
First time staying in a hotel since I was eight, and this was a lovely experience! The room was very clean and comfortable, with a view of the quay, and the staff were all so incredibly helpful and friendly. Got the meal deal and it was excellent value for money, dinner was delicious best nacho cheese sauce I’ve ever had, I covet it now, and breakfast was lovely. The staff helpfully stored my bag for me after I checked out to go to an interview, which was very convenient. All in all, five star stay.
