been going here since it opened, spent over £1000 and never had an issue, today we had missing items and thought "not a problem, i'll give them a call" they did not care at all, essentially called me a liar, sent me false reciepts when i have proof via the website, email and bank...i suggested their website may have an issue but they could not care less and just hung up....no offer of a refund or to get the food out to me.....speechless.....
We just love the Chicken BBQ Pizza at Burgitzza. Every time I can call, order and then pick. They always accept to split the largest pizza in two different styles, so the adults and the children can enjoy their favourite styles in one go. And also the pizza dough is incredibly tasty. Thank you, Team at Burgitzza, for your super-service and kind attitude.
Unless you eat your burger in the dark and don't look at the meat you'll be fine. Burger was pink in the mide had a replacement sent for it to be even worse. Shocking they can sent a uncooked meal. Driver was rude because I asked for a replacement. Maybe cook it right in the first place. No
Spot on. It was really tasty and fresh. The chicken tower burger was same quality as the branded place, and tasty. Hubster liked his platter and finished it all off. Have since ordered from here numerous times and various dishes, very good on the whole and not let down yet! Would definitely order from there again.
Good cheese burger. What you expect. The chips though... Those were some great chips! Just crunchy enough, not too greasy, fluffy on the inside. Smashing!Food: 5/5
We had an issue ordering via just eat but when I phoned for a very big order.... over £100 worth.... the gentleman on the phone was so polite and patient. Extremely professional. The food arrived very promptly. And wow it was tasty. My son will only eat burger from here now. The triple burger is a must try.
Tbh I wouldn't re order. The burgers were hot and not bad. But the chips were awful. Soggy and dry. The bbq chicken wings were great though. All in all I'm 50 50 on this place.
Advertised as a proper burger joint, but reality is the burgers are like the bad ones from the worst fish n chip shops. Horrible cheapo meat, probably frozen burgers. Expected a half decent burger. If you want a proper burger go to meating room, berko. If you want to keep it cheap, better to just go mcdonalds.
Only ordered a few times from here because every time we did, I'd end up with an upset stomach. Too scared to try it again.
We have had a few of their Calzones and everytime they have been really good. The service is great and pizzas are always hot and delicious. Highly recommend.
