The only thing getting a mention is the food, which is great! But this pub has so much charm and character the prefect setting for any time of the year. We have been popping in more often recently since we move back to hemel after 3years away. And I can honestly say the young girl that is there on majority of the times when we have visited is a massive credit to the pub, and apart from food is one reason we come back! Kind warm welcoming always with a massive smile on her face. I hope the management realise what a credit she is! Keep up the good work guys! Seen it’s pie week will be in to try soon 😄

Beautiful old pub lovely and cosy inside with very friendly and helpful staff they do a lovely Sunday roast at a good price definitely worth the visit

Great food excellent service a pub above all the rest the owners and staff are always polite and efficient go find out for yourself you won't regret it.

Warm and welcoming on a chilly Sunday afternoon and serving mulled wine to warm you up! Nice atmosphere, good food, friendly locals and to top it all off, they are dog friendly!
