Brewers Fayre Old West Quay

Food not great but the area for the children to play is lovely, not too big but plenty to do, not much seating available in the area though. Coffee is only 2.50 for unlimited Costa refills and lots of different flavours of tea. The refill soft drinks are also very good value at 2.50 lots of different choices with different syrup flavours to add. Overall a nice afternoon out with lovely views of the marina.

we went for breakfast and as a family of 6 and 1 of our children having severe challenging behaviours we are used to negative customer service due to melt downs my son can have. however i cannot fault the place, the staff where amazing so understanding and adapted their service to help my son feel at ease. the food was amazing and freshly topped up frequently, pots where not empty for long.... will recomend this to anyone and this will not be the last time we visit!! thank you for a very rare family meal without us feeling we need to leave as soon as we enter!! xx

Such a friendly team! Children's cutlery is actually provided here! Play area. Good family eating with a relaxed atmosphere. Everything a family needs to eat out...something for everyone! Always a satisfying visit!

It's good, just not brilliant. Big restaurant for families to eat with their kids especially if you're staying at the Premier inn Hartlepool. I'm just a bigger Beefeater fan all round. Similar ideas in the breakfast, it's just not quite there yet. There's a play area for children, so worth a look.

Had breakfast, great choice of food, continental and full English. Refillable Drinks included in price. Not fussed on the potato cabbage hash though.
