Been there for one night only as we were on a road trip so couldn’t spend more than a night to any hotel. This one was really good tidy and clean room. Staff’s gesture was too friendly and welcoming. We had issue in our room’s heater so the night person there changed my room immediately. Perfect location near to Glasgow Airport.
Here on business.nPerfect location if you like fast food which I don’t but also a great little bar that serves great food.nStaff are very polite and helpful.nnRooms are comfortable but very cold, I had to crank up the thermostat to 30 degrees for it to feel remotely warm for when I woke up 5hrs later.nDecor a tad outdated and could do with a spruce.nAll-in-all not a bad place to stay but seems to lack what other Premier inns seem to have
Staff and location excellent. Very tired looking now though. Square tiles in the bathroom, dark fittings in the rooms. Artex on the ceilings. Bathroom fittings all up to date, good shower. Charging points for phones a plus. Clean. Definitely time for a nice refurbishment of the inn and the attached place to eat.
Stayed here Friday 7th of February 2 nights a treat for our 6 year old grand daughter ee cant fault hotel that was as usual great we decided to get the meal we went to the restaurant we waited 45 mins for the starters kid had veggie sticks honestly 45 mins for that we had 2 courses 1hr 30 mins second night same again only our 6 year old up to the bar and asked are we getting dinner I did complain to premier inn they didn't wat to know
Just a very basic place to stay covers your needs. Staff very pleasant and helpful and the restaurant was half decent. Would definitely stay there again.
