Always use premier Inn when possible. This occasion was for a family visit. Rooms were spotless as usual. All staff were fabulous and couldn't do enough to help. My only negative about this hotel is probably the aircraft noise and about Premier Inn in general is the lack of electrical sockets close to the bed. I always take my own extension lead.

During  all the flight cancellations the team at the premier Inn phoenix retail park were excellent. Looking after all their guest, making sure they had rooms, food and taxi's. The team of Agnes and Amanda at the front desk were first class . Premier Inn , you have a champions league team at Phoenix.. well done all and thanks . Neil

For a budget branch hotel the experience was pleasant. Tools are clean and clutter free the reception area is good if you order takeaway food for late meal the staff always go over and above to try an fufill your needs.

Good enough hotel. Specious rooms. The shower and sink in the bathroom were a little dated. Good water pressure. Also no power by the bed for phone charging.

Have stayed here several times and this time got one of the recently added rooms. Just brilliant lovely shower and all well presented,maybe two bath towels would have been nice but am sure if asked staff would provide an extra one. Full marks and more lively staff well recommended. Ate at Brewers Fayre as usual good food and reasonable prices took the meal deal and well worth considering,staff here are so good and friendly top marks all round. Thank you Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre.
