Usually love this one but slight decline in the quality of food. Last couple of times there has been so much sauce and cheese isn't as melted as usual. Still tastes good and the staff are always nice and helpfulFood: 4/5

The quality of the Pizza and starter was superb. I also got it cheaper than the price on the menu. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Didn't have to wait long either.
Ordered delivery from Paisley branch twice now. First time missing ice cream. Second time missing drink. Phones not working for weeks on. Won't be ordering delivery from this branch again!Food: 4/5

Collected my order and arrived home to find they had put cheese on my vegan pizza. When we phoned we were told to come back in 10 minutes to get a replacement. My partner went in this time, but came back unhappy with the service he received. No other customers were there and the staff didn’t look busy through the back but nobody came over. 5minutes after ringing the bell, waiting to be served, a staff member finally came, said it wouldn’t be long and rolled his eyes. 15minutes from letting them know was fine but it took almost half an hour to get resolved. Another staff member came saying it would be 5 mins. Eventually we got it, looked a mess though and was missing half the toppings. Also then given a garlic dip that wasn’t vegan…
Cold burnt pizza thin crust not classic as ordered with completely melted ice cream delivered late.
