Love this place! Have been at least four times in the past year or so. Really great staff and the food is fantastic. Really great service. Throughly enjoyed my food and the atmosphere. They have a 50s vibe and they play great music. A nice view of the sea front and newly built arcade area.

Had a lovely evening meal here (21-3-18). The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, food portions were generous and tasty, the staff were really friendly and attentive. Prices are highish, but comparable to similar establishments. Will definitely be going back.

Myself and my family popped in to Fish Dish for lunch during a weekend away to celebrate my Mother's birthday in February. We were drawn in by the nice-looking building and prospect of a sea view as this would be our last meal there before heading home. Unfortunately our experience was spoiled by rude staff with unrealistic policies. My husband and I decided to share a large meal but on ordering the meal we were told that we would be charged extra for additional cutlery and if we required an additional plate this would also incur an extra rental cost. I have never come across this type of treatment in a restaurant when you are buying several meals and drinks. Furthermore when my mother asked for a child's meal as she has a small appetite, apparently this also carried restrictions and she was told they could only provide a basic meal with no trimmings! If we hadn't been very pushed for time we would have left immediately. The food was good but we will neither return nor recommend this place.

Great place for fish and chips which are cooked to order. Children's menu. Good service. Good portions. Good prices.
