Very basic hotel so don't expect much only good for stop over if you are traveling. Car park was full. Receptionist was ok wanted two rooms together was told you should have requested so didn't get. There is a beef eater next door again don't expect good service as they want you out asap once they serve you. Bar was very good and you can eat there better than eating in the restaurant. Breakfast was good. Couldn't sleep well as found the bed uncomfortable but shower was great. Only go knowing this is a basic hotel.

Always clean and great service. Food good, cooked to order. The rooms want to be updated, and I suppose they will in time. Only problem, to eat, you have to leave the hotel and walk at least 200 yards to the Inn, on same site and beside the hotel. This is not under cover, so, if it's very wet, you will get to the restaurant soaked. Still, it doesn't seem to put anyone off

Expensive for what you get. No heating or air conditioning in room, they definitely need updating. The Beefeater restaurant struggles to have enough staff. Food not served in bar at times because of staff shortages. Food was below standard most of the week. On one occasion we could not order food in the bar and the restaurant is full, cannot book a table, this is really annoying when you have prepaid for food. Only gets 1 star because you cannot post giving 0 stars.

2 night stay for family visit. Comfortable and clean, excellent staff.

We had party at Addington palace, so we decided to stay at premier inn. Tidy & clean. Good customer service. Very quiet place. Overall everything good.
