Rooms immaculate, staff extremely friendly and helpful. When receptionist found out it was my wife's birthday she made a card and also gave a box of chocolates. In relation to the restaurant staff couldn't do to much for us and the food was well cooked and plentiful
Clean and tidy room, little or no noise, option to have the room cleaned each day, which I didn't need, air conditioning which was definitely needed. Breakfast in the Beefeater was good and so was the evening meal. Staff polite and friendly, will definitely return.Rooms: 5/5
Very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Loved the call before we even arrived to see if we had any requirements and to book restaurant for meals. Clean and comfortable Will definitely stay again Rooms: Clean and beds very comfortable Food & drinks: The restaurant was lovely lots of choice on the menu and drinks reasonably priced and nice friendly atmosphere.
The room hadn't been dusted in a while. Told the morning staff member virtually told me that i was wrong even though I had photos. She needed to do a customer interaction course. Check in staff were lovely and friendly.
Would recommend this for a short stay. Staff very helpful. Clean and Table Table very convenient for eating. Other amenities within easy reach. Value for money.Rooms: 5/5
After 2 nights of disturbed sleep we reported this to reception. We learnt that the person making the noise had learning diffulties. They offered to move us to another room if we went and packed our belongings. After doing this reception told us that there were no other rooms available at this time. When we questioned that they said they would give us another room the customer service very poor as they were very sarcastic with their remarks. As a Premier Inn user for many years this has put me off booking ever again. Rooms: The bathroom door did not stay closed, the desk chair felt it was going to break every time you lent back , the bed was very poorly made, the bottom sheet did not reach the top of the bed so could not be tucked in and the plug in the bath was full of hair.
*Price was great, just under £60 breakfast an extra £10 pp *Bed was quite hard, didn't have a great night's sleep. *Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. *Room was fairly basic, didn't have a clothing stand or sofa. Room looked a bit bare. Very noisy plumbing from neighbouring rooms and loud hallways noise. *Location is a drive from the seaside.
Friendly comfortable hotel just outside Herne Bay. Easy access to buses, train station a short bus ride away and road access to everywhere in Thanet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others.Rooms: 5/5
Very helpful and pleasant receptionist, the room was clean and in very good condition. The breakfast is well worth having in the adjacent restaurant at a very reasonable price.
Staying for 2 nights. Not much sleep. The bed was so uncomfortable. The carpeted floors so dusty and nowhere for two people to sit despite the room was quite spacy. Breakfast OKRooms: 1/5
