I booked a buffet meal in the evening for 7.00 pm. We arrived for them to tell us they had cancelled the buffet as a bigger party has cancelled and as there was only 6 of us they are not doing it anymore.. the manager was very rude and didn’t even think to call us and tell us. I am very disappointed and pi**ed off as we had 2 children with us who were starving. We then had to look around for somewhere else to eat which was another 45 minute wait.
