Staff very helpful changed wheelchair access room to 2 single beds to help my wheelchair friend and I sleep in same room. The beds really comfy. No noise and cricket pitch created by the Grace brothers just outside our window. Plenty to see and do before balloon flight on Saturday morning.

The hotel from the outside looks a little dated. This somewhat flows through into the rooms, however with the help of a modern TV and furnishings it makes the room quite pleasant. The room I had a very spacious bed/living area, however this was at the cost of a small bathroom. Amenities are good, however I was missing the luxury of an iron (although I did not require one in the end). An added bonus is that there is a nice pub literally 10 metres away. This is where breakfast is served in the morning. Breakfast is decent, like most Premier Inns. Menu options are great for lunch and dinner. Both the pub and hotel have good service and friendly staff.

Wow what can I say the worst food I have had in 10 years had the mixed grill with surf and Turf Add on prawn was tasteless calamari was chewy the steak I could have repaired my shoes cheap frozen chips low quality sausage I left 3/4 of this meal and I wasn't asked if there was anything wrong with it. sticky toffee pudding with a thimble of custard yet again only had half off it didn't taste very nice and yet again was not asked if there was anything they could do or if there was anything wrong. £25+ and I left hungry . The food only looks good zero quality zero test

Nice hotel in lovely location. Nice dinner in The Ship after being disappointed in previous years, seems to have improved. Garden could do with a tidy up though.

Good helpful cleaning staff! Actually hotel was good, booked enough in advance so was relatively cheap. Looks on the outside older than it is on the inside.
