Always excellent value, have visited several times before whilst visiting family, and a good night's sleep.  Adjacent restaurant does a lovely breakfast and a varied menu evening meal.

Booked the wrong day and was offered a more expensive option a few miles away which is fair enough.  I told the receptionist she could offer my booked and paid for room the next night to someone else, but unsurprisingly she didn't take me on.  Apparently it happens most weeks.

First time at Premier inn Bishop Auckland and have to say the staff are
superb , nothing was  a problem very helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Location is good.

The rooms have either just been refurbished or its a new premier Inn. The staff were very friendly plus the food was very good.

The room was clean and tidy. Food at the brewer's fayre next door was excellent. For the price I can't complain at all.
