I booked an RnR Spa session yesterday afternoon with my 2 sisters to celebrate her birthday. I can honestly say the whole experience was simply fantastic. The food was delicious in the restaurant, present very well and the sticky toffee pudding was incredible and service was very efficient. The Spa facilities were wonderful, from the moment we stepped into the spa we felt extremely well looked after, we had everything we needed in terms of facilities. The treatment I received from Natasha was simply incredible and I would go as far to say this was the best treatment I had every received. Her massage technique was to perfection, she was very aware of how the body/muscle work and payed particular attention to my troublesome areas on my back. The facial and the products used on my face felt and smelt amazing, I literally walked out of the room relax and floating. My sisters said exactly the same, the whole afternoon was truly a wonderful experience, we all said we wished we had booked to stay the night as we did not want to go home.
My first spa, accompanied by my 2 daughters. We all had the perfect time with the R&R package and afternoon tea. The massages were perfect. All 3 of us thought so. The service for the afternoon tea was amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. We didn't stop over it was spa day with afternoon tea so unable to comment on rooms as such. However the rooms whete we had the treatments were quiet, relaxing and the whole place smelt amazing with all the essential oils.
Stayed here with my daughter for an overnight R &R package. Arrived early and were able to check straight into our room which was lovely. Bottle of bubbly chilling and nice and clean. Spa was great and treatments excellent. Only one criticism is although there were hardly any people on the loungers, they all had towels and peoples belongings on so we were unable to use them during the afternoon. Perhaps a polite notice asking people to remove their belongings would give everyone chance to use them. Would not put me off returning. Dinner was delicious with excellent service and after a good nights sleep we had a delicious breakfast. Excellent value and staff all very attentive. Hope to return soon.
Went with a friend for the R&R session- the spa receptionist was welcoming and explained things clearly to us. The 2 waiters were very attentive and the food was delicious.nThe spa ritual treatment was gorgeous- we both felt as though we ‘floated out’. Thank you very much.
We had overnight stay with use of the spa. The hotel is nicely decorated with modern and dated decor. The staff from reception, bar and restaurant where all welcoming. The spa was very chill and relaxing, all tho we didn't have any treatment we enjoyed the spa.The evening menu had a good choice of meals as did the breakfast menu. Definitely needing a second visit and hopefully we will get the original room we first book.
