A great place to stop for a few days. Plenty to see around the area. The staff were very helpful and the brewers fare next door was great. I would recommend the food. The breakfast was booked with the room so going for breakfast, it sets you up for the day. The evening meals are also good, but it can get busy. We'll worth the money.Rooms: 5/5
We recently had a very enjoyable two night stay at the Bishop Auckland Premier Inn when visiting the area for a family wedding. Beverley and the staff were very helpful and ensured we had a great stay. The hotel is very clean and in a very central location with good access to Bishop Auckland Town Centre and the restaurant and retail park. The attached Brewers Fair is very spacious with great food and accessible via a covered walkway. Our room was quiet and well equipped, parking is great with plenty of spaces. Very highly recommended.
From entering to leaving, nothing too much trouble and a more friendly Crew I have never met. I most certainly reccomend this Hotel with it's friendly Pub/diner just outside the main building. All my family and friends use it if they visit. "Well done to all concerned".Rooms: 5/5
Not going to stay here again just for the reason My room card kept getting deactivated. Lady on reception told me keep it away from phone. I kept card in pocket and phone in my hand, how far can you keep card away from your phone?? Absolutely Ridiculous!!Rooms: 1/5
We stayed here for one night with our three month old and the staff team here was so kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much and everyone especially brilliant Beverley on the front desk made our whistle stop stay so easy. Thank you again Premier InnRooms: 5/5
It is a premier inn. You know what you are going to get, basic, clean and just what you need for a night or two. Pub next door with breakfast. This one was a bit out of the way for the local attractions and the rooms were not ready on time.Rooms: 4/5

Really comfortable and peaceful. Perfect stop off during our trip down to visit Bishop Auckland Radio Amateur Club and assist them at local schools demonstrating Amateur Radio as part of Science Week. Premier Inn was very clean and the staff were superb! Will definitely be back next time we’re down.
Had a great stay. Family room spacious, clean and quiet. Hotel easy to access and near to several supermarkets and shops. Visited Raby Castle and Bamboozled indoor soft play. Had breakfast in adjacent Brewers Fayre which was great value for a family.Rooms: 5/5
