Ordered via just eat yesterday 22/09 and was appalled by the service. We ordered at 19:15 and the order updated on the app saying our food was delivered at 20:30, but was nowhere to be seen. I waited till 20:44 to ring, because I thought someone else might have our food, as I paid before delivery. Cinnamon Indian takeaway said it would arrive to us in 15 minutes. It took till 21:18 for me to ring them and I was fuming because we were all hungry and I said if it doesn’t get here in the next 5 minutes I want a refund, it didn’t seem like anyone there was listening to anything I said. The food arrived here at 21:38 with a dish missing to add insult to injury. The food was hot which made me think they had either forgot to make the food or gave it to someone else. I work in the motor trade and know how important it is to let the customer know exactly what is happening, and not to lie to the customer; not good. It was our first time using these, and will be our last! Just eat called the takeaway and all we got was a refund for the missing item.....even though the takeaway said we had it; more lies. Sort things out, you need to be honest with customers!

I ordered online from here yesterday on 29/12/17. However when the order arrived, it was the worst food I have ever had. The naan was supposed to be keema naan, but it had nothing in it, only red food colour. In addition to this, the curries also tasted very bad and when I tried calling up to complain, they hung up on me. If you want to avoid horrible service and bad tasting food, I would highly recommend not to order from this place.

Used these guys a number of times through JustEat. Deliveries always arrive within 30 mins even at peak times and the food is tasty and steaming hot
