The service here can be a little slow at times. I cannot modify my order on the screens as I would like to need to use the service counters. When I do use the counter to order pretty much 100% of the time they don't make the burger as I have requested. I have also asked for a veggie burger to be cut up and put into a wrap but they can't do this! Still disappointed that McDonald's don't offer soya milk for Vegans or those with food intolerance. I have found most of the staff to me grumpy and unhelpful in this McDonald's.

Terrible. Went there as was up at 1.30 in the morning. Chips weren't even cooked. Tasted raw and a plain cheese burger.... ketchup? I said plain! I suppose it's fine if you're drunk and coming in from a night out. I wasnt. I wanted to taste my chips. I didn't want ketchup in my burger. It took so long the first time around for just that...., I didn't want to wait AGAIN so I threw my burger in the bin by the till and the fries are scattered in the floor. What a waste. Useless service. Completely d9fferent from the day service.

Quick service but air con is blowing out cold air. Asked an employee why?? He didn't know. Just turn it off I suggested!!

Friendly staff, easy parking but often the burgers are cold so you keep having to return them.
