We have used Catalyst for several years now and still have Ian McKenna as our contact. I found arranging our contracts harder and harder as different suppliers used different pricing structures and terminology. Ian has been extremely helpful and saved us time and money. If we had any questions relating to our electricity suppliers or contracts we would not hesitate to contact him. I would recommend Ian and Catalyst to anyone who, like me, might struggle to make sense of the complexities of the energy business.
Having Catalyst as our broker for energy supplies is the best decision in our opinion. They do all the hard work for us, saving us invaluable time, and provide us in depth with contract details, along with all the options we may have. They base their recommendations on their knowledge and what they feel is best for their customers. I would recommend Catalyst to businesses who wish to have someone do all the hard work for them!
As a SME business overheads are very important to us, the rising cost of utilities led us to look for alternatives to manage this necessary expense. We have worked with Catalyst for 3 years now and cannot recommend their service enough. Craig and the team are always professional, helpful and really take the stress out of arranging suppliers, MOP contracts and renewals. Giving you options on supplier and length of contract term which have always provided a significant cost saving for us. I would strongly advise when needing to renew an energy contract you speak to them.
Trust pilot are forcing me to change my review of Catalyst and keep censoring it, and so i will use Google reviews instead. Beware of this company, they have owed me money and have refused to pay me the money they owe me and now i have filed legal action against them. I have pursued them for over 1 year and they always seem to ignore my request. Also when i put my experience on trust pilot they keep reporting it and so do not be fooled by the trust pilot reviews. I have full proof of money owed, correspondence with catalyst and the court documents. Use Catalyst at your own risk.
Catalyst Commercial were a great help in the minefield that is negotiating power contracts. We felt we could trust Ian McKenna to get us the best deal and have now been using Catalyst for 4 years.

If your to stupid to know how to sort out your own energy bills and need a broker than you deserve to be scammed by companies like catalyst who do nothing but try to make as much commission as possible yet pretend that they are saving you money. Go direct to energy suppliers and switch supplier every time your contracts up if you really want to save money. It really is that simple
