We were staying with a friend in Radlett and decided to have a day in London. This was Thursday 26th October about 11 am. The ticket office was shut but we wanted a ticket we could use on the train, underground and buses. We asked a young man how we could get one and he opened the office for us. I wish I had got his name he was so helpful and pleasant and even gave us books with money off vouchers in it.
