I was served by a helpful lady, however the poor people being served by the older lady next to me. Gosh! She was rude, condescending and basically embarrassed the people she was serving. I’m so glad that she didn’t serve me. Her employers surely notice her behaviour towards customers?

Amazing service! Went in for an International Driving Permit and despite a longish queue, it moved fairly quickly. The lady who served me was friendly and very helpful...I was in and out within 10 minutes and was 100% satisfied.

Absolute dump offering no convenience at all, never a pen in sight but you can buy some to write your address. Staff are unfriendly, place is a tip. I would rather drive to MK and back to use a real post office with real services and customer services than tread inside this hell hole. Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars.

Rude and unhelpful staff, always talking amongst each other instead of serving customers. Much better service at the post office in Weston favell so I will never go there again, if I could put no stars I would.
