Every time I enter this post office no matter how long the line I leave with such a smile on my face. The man behind the off licence counter puts a smile on everyone's face. The women behind the post office counter will go way above and beyond to help you in anyway they can no matter how busy it is. I have never witnessed such an amazing set if people working together in one place. God bless the lot of them and know your doing an amazing job in looking after the people of northampton.
Renewed driving licence today very easy transaction extremely pleasant young lady assisted me. I suffer from extreme anxiety in new places and she was very reassuring a gentleman come over also and was very pleasant. Will definitely not feel anxious going back.
The staff on the convenience store is extremely rude. He doesn't know how to speak to customers. I have never seen worse customer service than this. He has totally ruined my day. I hope someone will take action for this rude staff behaviour
Very disaster experience from the shop. Specially from the arrogant guy who was standing in the counter on morning shift . No basic manner , attitude issue, no customer service and looks senseless and brainless. Telling to customers in the que that it is his secondary job to do a print out and he will prefer others who buy for more money in the shop. The shop had advertised for print services and I believe every customer should treat properly . If managements puts such type of small brain, senseless guy in the shop, specially in cash counter people won’t prefer here.
I wish I could give a 0star review as I am fuming mad ! My grandson just went to this post office shop with his friend at work to get some sellotape and he picked up 5 rolls joined together and asked how much it was and the man said £1 each and when he went to put some of the rolls back he dropped the rolls and picked them up then put them back and took two then grabbed a can of coke for a nice homeless man when they went to pay the man behind the till accused them of stealing sellotape I am livid I have gone to this post office for years and never had a problem some people need to get manners
Today,I came to post office for returning UPS drop up.I m thank full too the young man who helped me for packaging and labelling.As well they have printing service which is low cost in town as compared to other shop. As well I have spend £40- to £45 at shop for groceries and Alchol.I m really appreciate young man to giving good offer and as well as giving good discount on alchol. My bill was £55 and he gave me and discount of £8-£10 pound on shopping. I really appreciate working staff in a shop and shop is well organised and they all go good labeling and with good price. Very easy experience today renewing our driving licence’s. Queue quite short so was a quick wait. Young lady who served us was very pleasant and friendly. Quick and easy transaction for a refreshing change.
I’ve been feeling very confused.. with no opening hours featured on the entrance of the post office. I didn’t appreciate being shouted at “WE’RE CLOSED!!!” Repetitively this afternoon. If there is no clear signage then how are customers supposed to know. Furthermore there were staff behind each of the windows, for someone new to the area I’d presume a post office would be opened later than 4pm in a large town. Rude and unnecessarily obnoxious.
Customer services is awesome Drop up, ups collection services along with label and packaging are quick. Price of stationery printing is budget friendly.
Updated: June 2024- This particular Post Office will not provide you with any sellotape at all for your post, you have to bring in your own or buy it from then at a hiked rate. Austerity in the UK has really reached deprived levels. Quite odd actually as my village Post Office I usually go to does so it’s a location decision. Again, they will not give you one inch of sellotape to help you with your post. Miserable, grumpy and disenchanted staff. Dirty, smelly and messy, while I was waiting a thief stole something from the off license attached to it, be careful.
