Absolutely appalling service, it was almost as if I had offended the staff by asking some polite questions about sending a parcel. Walked out and went to the post office next to Waitrose instead where the same questions were greeted with polite and helpful answers. I would strongly recommend that the staff in Whitehills pay a visit to this alternate post office too as they may pick up a few tips.

Just checked post office exchange rate £482 is supposed to be 541 euros , shop keeper tried giving 500 euros for £482 😂😂😂😂 AVOID.

I use this post office regularly as is conveniently close to work. I've never had any issues with customer service, the staff are always polite and I've been many times over a number of years.

Also agree with previous comment. Very poor customer service and not at all helpful. The stick on my parcel wasn't completely secure and the customer service woman had no sellotape or means of helping it to stick. She was very abrupt. I managed to get the parcel to seal by applying a bit of water to the sticky part at the top. The woman was adamant that it was not securely closed and despite me showing her it was now sealed she insisted on advising otherwise on my receipt.

Terrible service at this post office, I have been overcharged more than twice on parcel size/weight so be careful if you use this branch. The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I have now started posting elsewhere.
