This is probably the best post office in Northampton and an asset to the Delapre area and community. The staff and management are very helpful and go above and beyond to please their customers.

Worst post office I have ever visited. Staff very unhelpful, it seemed even talking to customers was too much. The while place needs a good clean and re- staffing.
You should change your opening hours to the actual post office hours! Coming all the way there to be told that you are open until 12:30 when it says 9pm.

Staff are very rude!!! No customer service skills. Would expect a minimum from the Post Office. Perhaps an inspection is well overdue.
