Myself and a few other customers were shouted at by a female staff member after we waited in the rain for over 20 minutes. The staff member said that she doesn't care that we were waiting outside that long in the rain and do we expect her to stay there all night. The customer service was appalling and they tried to tell us customers that the branch was closed at 6:21pm when actually it closes at 6:30pm.
Walked in to a long queue but Deep quickly saw to all the varied requests with such grace and kindness, and sent each of us away happy in record time without ever seeming to rush. A true professional. Thank you.
Shipped my Evri parcel 2 weeks ago, but had no updates about the courier pick-up. After calling Evri it was not easy as well they confirmed they never got the parcel. After coming to the Post office with shipment confirmation reciept, they said unfortunately they can't help and recommended to call their support of course no help, just wasted time. Concluding: noone is responsible and noone could investigate :
Incredibly rude and uncooperative staff. Complete lack of empathy and flexibility, bureaucrats who clearly take pleasure in trying to ruin your day. The only thing that'll get them moving is a lawsuit, unfortunately, which is what they'll get considering the amount of damages I have been caused. People whose main pleasure is trying to ruin other people's lifes shouldn't run a public facing job.
This my favorite Post office not only it close to my place but the staff are really friendly and helpful. Really recommend.

I’ve been to this post office twice now, once when it was really busy and once there was no one there apart from me. Both experiences customer service was good, nothing to complain about. Very friendly staff always willing to help. There is a cash point outside the post office and also a passport photo machine if you need to take photos. I would recommend this place to anyone :
Friendly service and always got what need to sort, sorted. Nice selection of cards too! Can be busy but not the staff’s fault, they work hard. Last visit served by Veronika who was quick, efficient and friendly.
Posted hours on Google and Post Office say 830 am opening, but not open for the Nth time. Please update your hours or turn up on time!
Very rude staff! Wouldn’t let anyone in even though it was before closing time.
