5p A MINUTE IF YOU WANT TO PHONE THEM TO ASK THEM HOW MUCH A PARCEL COSTS! Try the other post office in Romford Rd.... they have a normal land line. Managment Woodgrange PO is excruciatingly BAD. They seem to love long queues & they charge maximum prices when someone from overseas or an OAP asks how much it costs to send a letter. They quote Special Delivery every time or Signed for services. Only when the customer queries the price do they offer a first class stamp. Absolutely disgusting sales tactics - especially when the person asking is an OAP or has learning difficulties. Instead of quoting the cheapest price they always quote the most expensive price which holds up the queuing process.

I go here usually just to get passport photos done, cost about £5. Unlike most places they actually let you RE do it and get a photo you actually like. They make sure the photo is up to passport standards.

The problem with this Post Office is that they take a dinner break when everyone else has their dinner break. This is quite ridiculous. Many times I have seen queues of over 25 people. Local workers can only go to the PO in their dinner break....when there are only 1 or 2 people serving at the 6 counters available. Not good enough. There is a second PO counter that only sells shop items with a worker usually sitting doing nothing. Shop items seem to take precedence over mail if there is a queue. I have seen the manager walking around the shop looking at shelves when there is a long queue of customers which is quite infuriating. Just because people don't complain it doesn't mean they are not happy. I have seen countless people walk out. I now use a smaller PO for my business now. This one is way too slow.

Very laid back, verging on lazy. Took 10 mins after opening to get started with long queue waiting

Travelled 45 minutes on sunday and they only have limited service for even the basic post office things. Very disappointed
