I am very angry because after two months I still do not have internet in my house. My sister and I have called a thousand times and we still have not got someone to come and open the access key for the engineer. We went last week and booked for today. I had to present myself again at the council to know why the person who had to come to open the access did not come. The worker called the department in charge and the only thing we have obtained was a refusal by the workers because none of them wanted to come and open the key after 4pm, when they should have come and it was their job. Now, again, we have to book with the engineer of the internet company and book with one of your "professionals" to come and open the key. I'M NOT HAPPY FOR ANYTHING, IT'S ALREADY 2 MONTHS WITH THIS MATTER.

Unpleasant unhelpful staff . Quite rude . They say as little as possible , don’t look you on the face . I never know if am finished
