APPALLING DOESN'T QUANTIFY THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS BRANCH. I agree completely with every negative feedback on here. This post office is the only post office i know where staffs think it's okay to be rude for no absolute reason.The staffs display such bad, negative energy. You are better off going elsewhere. PS They should be renamed "Bad News Post Office Beckton."

Extremely unprofessional staff. Very slow service , always never ending queue in the store . Staff is Rude to people ......AVOID this place if you can

Amazing customer service, came in to get a new passport, was offered the check and send service. Roy the older gentleman kindly ran me through the application form and advised me on what forms of id and evidence i would require! Very helpful!

I absolutely agree with Ray London’s comment below! I have been using this post office for years and am always left completely outraged by how stuck up and rude the staff are. I work in customer service and could definitely teach these people a thing or two like the golden rule...SMILE!

Brilliant customer service, thoroughly helpful! Waited in a long queue and they served customers efficiently knowing people were waiting. First time sending a large parcel and was given clear and thorough customer service.
