They collected my car in park side in Sunday, take an eye in you car if you live in newham, ugly ppl around
You need to cough up £265 minimum to release your car but the council can't event spend a few quid getting a Retractable Ballpoint Pen with Chain, instead they cheaply hand made it with some cheap brown tape
I work as a professional recovery driver I came to this pound with one of my customers and have never been abused verbally so bad in all my life disgraceful service and shameful staff at least at the end of the day I was a professional however I cannot speak for everybody that works in that office. Thoroughly disgusting human beings
rude staff - uncooperative, they speak in their own language in front of you, they trash-talk about previous customers in front of other customers, they damage the car during towing process and then deny it, and get angry when you confront them about the damages and they gang up and shout at you to leave. They in dire need of training in customer service skills and just plain old good manners. People are saying you should be nice to them but this is a two-way street - I will be nice when I am treated that way!
Quite hard to find and stops serving new customers at 9pm which isn’t advertised. Otherwise I was dealt with fairly by a very nice lady. It’s not the staff that tow cars. They’re just running the yard. Very slow and outdated process of release though but the council are to blame for that along with their draconian parking policies.
They are the worst Council in the world. You need help with anything especially if you are a leaseholder and they are very unhelpful. I have been trying to simply transfer my mortgage to a new lender for the last 4 months and they cannot provide basic authorisation to my solicitor!!! I am losing over £100 every month for the last 3 months and still no one is helping me. Somebody please help a poor man who unfortunately happens to be under the Newham Council!!!
Very rude all foreigners made a mistake of lifting a friends car what had been paid for. When told they tried to cover up their mistakes could even understand english Newham are a crooked council need taken down and sacked going to appeal wont release car until 265 pound is paid but it's only 200 where does the 65 go in their pockets
Imagine I still have to pay for my car even though my car was towed in error. Absolutely ridiculous! I have just moved to Newham and I’m already moving. The council is probably the worst in the UK.
