Well I have just been to this Post Office and the service was super duper brilliant. Excellent. The fastest service I have ever received in an post office. Very efficient and so deserving of the 5 stars
Not sure how to feel right now, I will wait to see if our letter to DVLA is delivered. Went to the post office in town, but the man said that we didn't have to put the Recorded delivery number on the DVLA form we thought that we did but the man didn't seal the envelope but stuck sellotape on it instead I am worried that a knife could easily cut the edge of the sellotape around the flap of the envelope hence the envelope will open easily Also we specifically asked for Recorded delivery and it seems we have paid £7.95 for special delivery by 1,nThis has caused us anxiety and stress. Why didn't the man behind the counter seal the envelope? Was he intending to open it later?nNot Happy
Woman with glasses and blonde hair in her 50s probably one of the rudest people I've come across in Wellingborough, and the boss just stood there with a look on his face like he was disinterested, what a terrible experience
Just been in to collect a parcel I had redelivered here and found the woman who works behind the counter to be no help what so ever, looked at me like I was a piece of filth. Looking for my parcel seemed to be the most strenuous request she'd ever had and after a few seconds of pretending to look she claimed it wasn't here and I'd obviously not had the parcel via royal mail even though I had the email to prove it. I asked how can I chase up my parcel and she laughed and said I could try the delivery centre but their rarely open so good luck. Having to cancel my delivery and get a refund as no-one at the royal mail seems to be bothered nowadays.
Just been in to Wellingborough Post Office on Sheep Street to renew my driving licence. I don’t think I’ve ever met such wonderful staff. So very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend
