Great place to hear and smell Wellingboroughs great unwashed cashing out their dole money. Best time to go is at lunch time during the height of summer! If your really lucky queues start out side the door! 8 windows but only a max of 3 postmasters serving at anyone time.

Customer service is awful the lady over the counter started shouting at me when all I asked was “how much?” then started an argument in front of my 2yr old even though I said it’s fine there’s no need to shout ,then said I don’t want to argue with you!! But she’s the one who was shouting at me!? And you wonder why people would rather do these things online these days 🙄 Shame I could use the online service just because I needed an up to date photo for my drivers license Also the opening times are wrong it doesn’t open at 9 on a Tuesday it’s 9.30 Poor poor poor!

Posted 3 Xmas cards at the post box in the branch. Not one card has turned up,paid first class and it's over a week later. Disgusting service.
