It's ok shop and post office. I just think they are ripping people off with the posting. Took the parcel somewhere else and it was cheaper for the same service. Offered me a discount when I explained I went somewhere else.

I’ve never used this post office before, I went in on Monday morning with lots of parcels half an hour before post office opened to ask opening times and the man and lady said bring them in now, I couldn’t believe it what a very helpful man and lady, we certainly need more people like these two wonderful helpful people thank you once again

The post master is extremely grumpy and unable helpful. He has actually given me incorrect information before which As a PUBLIC SERVANT by law he is OBLIGED to give correct information. The shop itself is brilliant for all sorts and is nicely priced however as a post office I would recommend waiting for a while in the queue in the town centre post office as they are PROPER

I use this post office to post many small items that I've sold on ebay. I overheard the owner say to another staff member that he wished "ebayers would go somewhere else" The service is OK and the staff are competent but they have no interest in their customers and have the look of people that hate the job that they do. I've used this post office for a very long time, I've had years to form my opinion, its not based on one experience. Time for a staff seminar on how to interact with people.
