I've used this post office for over 18 years and the staff are very friendly and helpful
The actual post office is not open on Sundays. You can send things from the Londis shop if you have a QR Code but they can't help if you want to send a parcel using tracking
The old man working there is rude. He gave me wrong parcel which I needed to return, now he gave away three of my parcels to strangers. I was lucky to know that because my friend came there to collect his parcel and this old man gave him my parcel and told - "take, this is probably yours too" . He should loose his job as he is very incompitent to work with people, not honest and making this kind of things, I am sad as one of my parcels was given to someone and I never got a refund!
Terrible customer service, I returned an Amazon parcel return and she touched my phone after touching several cash transactions with no sanitiser. I asked her not to do that and she told me NOT to return to her Post Office. In this time of COVID-19 this is the very reason why cases are on the increase due to the ignorance of such people!! Totally disgusted with the level of customer service.
Great service, very polite and always helpful
Leave signed for mail items scattered on the floor of the newsagents, in front of the mail counter. If you have to pick up mail from there you have to crawl around on your hands and knees looking through hundreds of old boxes to try to find your delivery. Disgusting.
Rude customer service. Only go here for convenience as it opens late.
Terrible customer services Definitely will close down this place
