Went recently to post a letter to Germany and the lady on the self service was brilliant, answered all my questions which there were lots while still helping other customers. I feel more able to use the self service machines now thanks to.the help from the staff.
45 person queue, huge wait with just 1 person on the till. Nightmare, avoid if possible. 1hr wait just for the till
Wow. Customer service is so bad. I see why they're called the royal fail
A bigger post office but the staff is not very helpful and quite incompetent. Even the branch manager gave me wrong information about the process of sending my V5C to DVLA which I had done numerous times. I just went to another branch and everything was resolved the way I expected.
