I've been ripped off here too, charging for recorded delivery for a parcel of no value. I would've argued but the person behind the counter appeared to have a very poor grasp of English so I gave up. Also, opening hours do seem to change randomly which has caught me out.
Googled the post office for the opening times during the second lockdown. On the door and on their website it said Monday opens at 8.30am. We all queued at 9.10 until someone told us it opens at 12 midday. WHY IS THERE NOT A NOTICE ON THE DOOR????
Inaccurate information for opening times.
Try to put prices up for people they believe do not know the postage prices. Have been here twice and both experiences were awful. You would be better off going to the post office in town, much nicer and more honest people.
They always try to up the postage price. What l see on the Internet l can never get here. Will not use again
