Hi, have been using this post office for years they are a very pleasant family, Harry Pam and Harry‘s wife and the other girl behind the counter are always nice. They always ask you how you are. I think she is Pam‘s daughter, only today Harry said how are you and the family, they’re always pleasant. I always take my parcel for USA there and no problem. Well done guys.
Trying to collect parcel. One of the male staff on this post office is not very helpful at all. He is more bothered looking on his phone instead of attending customer. I went to trace my parcel to any nearby post office because this male staff did not even bothered to look if my parcel was inside the office. Called the seller and courrier service telling me to go back to this post office. The hassle that this male staff had given me was unforgiveable. Besides from being unhelpful, he is very rude towards customer. He shoudn't be allowed to work on customer service. If only i can divert my undelivered parcel to any post office, i will. Or this post office should be close if the management cant find a better staff. There are better post office with helpful staff nearby
This is my local post office since moving to the area and everytime I go in the staff are unfriendly and rude, they speak to eachother while serving you and huff and puff like every request is an inconvenience. Didn't get a hello or goodbye today, felt like I may as well have been using a self serve machine. It is such a shame as usually family run businesses are such a pleasure to use.
Very helpful, my dad and I needed some documents sending and the clerk behind the counter went the extra mile to help up make sure we did it correctly. The que was moving fast during a busy period. Thank you for your help and assistance.
While the woman was serving me her phone rang and she was talking in her own language in front of me. No apology, nothing. What a customer service.
I posted something here the other day, not my usual post office. I was left with the impression that it was too much of a bother to service me, kept huffing and puffing as I wanted it send certain ways for work. Wasnt being awkward, just needed it recorded She was too busy taking to the staff member next to her, and I was not impressed when I left. Next time I will go somewhere else so I dont bother the staff, and they are able yo talk amongst themselves.
So rude. Never been to this post office before as not my local but was in the area so popped in to do some returns. There was a fairly big queue as to be expected at this time of year, but the woman that served me was the most miserable unfriendly woman, didn't crack a single smile and was so rude, won't be returning that's for sure!

Lovely post office run by great family...Always kind and respectful to customers..Well known in the Community and I love nipping in and using their facilities
Staff tend to be on the rude side acting like everything you ask for is to much for them to do abit like they can't be bothered never a smile on the older guy seems very rude we all have bad days when you have a business where customers are concerned leave it at home,
