Nasty horrible people . women all rude with bad attitudes. The bald guy was abrupt, arrogant, argumentative. this post office is a disgrace all down to its detestable staff. In response to the below reply, there is no resolution you can offer, the staff are a disgrace
Extremely rude staff who work here. I actively avoid this place and only visit when absolutely desperate. I’d hold onto your parcels and take them elsewhere! Other than the post office section, it’s all tat anyway
I go in this post office pretty much every day to post for my business, the staff are always welcoming, polite and very professional.
Absolutely shocking service from woman behind counter, went to pick up a parcel with email stating drop off done at this post office, showed email to woman politely, she checked for the parcel then said "it wouldn't be here because it's not close enough to where I live" even though I had email and wanted parcel delivered to the post office regardless etc ??? asked her to at least check again, even though she was very unwilling to do so, parcel was behind her all along took parcel went home frustrated at how I had been spoken to, do not recommend.
This is the worst post office I’ve ever used. Staff are so rude it’s actually quite shocking. Walked up to the counter near the door to top up my electricity key, you can only do it at that counter, and before even asking what I wanted the woman just pointed as if to say I had to go round the corner until I asked if I could do my electricity with which I was greeting with an eye roll a sigh and a stern ok. Honestly the rudest experience I’ve had in a post office! I then wanted to post something and I was made to go round to other counter even though that service is available at the one I was already at. Whenever I go in to this post office to do something you feel like you are wasting staff time and you shouldn’t be in there. You need to offer your workers some customer service training!
Terrible staff, with a bad attitude, refused to tax my vehicle with the v5 transfer slip, when millions of people do every day, & told me they would only do it with the full v5. Anyone can tax a vehicle with the transfer slip, all the post office need is the details ,they've all been used that's why they are called transfer Slip's. At the time of refusal I replied they would not do it on film as they know they are wrong, & i went to get my mobile, & they then had a different attitude on film when I could get evidence. I would advise people to get their tax on the internet, it is bad staff like these that are closing the post office's down.
Refused to certify my photocopies because I'm a twin and "we look too alike". No idea what that means but seems like discrimination. Small town attitude, full of their own misguided self importance.
Clearly have staff who don't want to be there and don't understand basic manners. Shockingly rude lady behind the counter. Seriously makes going there an insulting experience and one not to be repeated.
Bad attitude/poor customer service, refused to comply to royal mails own written t&c's. Avoid this place.
