Horrible unreliable service. Been using which for way over 10 years due to lack of having any other choice and it never gets better. Skips stops. Sketchy people get on. Smells bad all if not most the time. Bad ventilation on the older busses. Sweaty and hot. Never shows up on time. Expensive tickets. It's like they just drive round at random and don't follow timetables. Old people passengers who get on for free complaining that younger people are taking up seats even though it's pretty much a £10 return now to either city location of Leeds or York. Some busses don't show up. Sometimes they show up 2 at a time. Absolute disaster. Only pro is some of the drivers are extremely friendly. Some have the worst attitude though and do not care for polite passengers, I guess they have to deal with so many scummy people using this service to the point they have neutral attitudes towards everyone on board now. Can you really blame them.

We use this bus service on a weekly basis for the last 5 years or so. Up until today all the drivers have been great. Unfortunately today's driver is a disgrace to the company. Wouldn't accept the correct fare cos it was in 20p pieces and stopped past the stop in the mud. Miserable to all who got on after us. Reported it and hope he gets a grilling. Thanks

A reliable bus service with exceptionally friendly drivers. Used this service regularly for work between York and Malton, often relying on the last bus to get me home from work- they never let me down.

Brilliant service and the drivers are outstanding, all of them seem to be happy in their job and are helpful if you're not too sure where you are

Third time in recent memory have waited for the 7pm from Stockton to York for it to just not turn up. Next bus is 7.45 so quite a wait. Am told by one of the drivers that if they don't have enough staff they don't bother running it. Appalling service. Unfair to lead people to wait for a bus that was never going to run especially in this weather. Nice one transfer!
