Called for some information in regards of my parcel. I was told that they cannot give me certain information but the person was completely rude and gave me no advice what the best way would be to go about the situation and was reluctant to say anything more than " i can't give you any information, you must come in". I believe he knows better about parcels and deliveries as he is the person working there. The will to help the customer would have been appreciated. Instead, he just kept repeating one sentence and then hung up the phone. So utterly rude. I understand everyone might have a bad day but some understanding would be appreciated. This happened this morning.

Worst branch in Newcastle. Used to be able to post something before but now you go there and the Asian guy doesn't know what Recorded Delivery is. Wanted signed delivery 1st or 2nd class and he goes and charges my wife £6.45 for special delivery. When did he hear her mention special delivery?

Sister in law went to post something. Asked for it to be sent 2nd class recorded, idiot man said 2nd class and special delivery is the same. Don't go to this post office !! Simply ripping people off and no manners.

The owner is very rude he don't have any customer service skills at all aggressive the way he talks just nothing good about him not enough staff and all the staff so angry because it's a massive queue Busy place its not The staff faults! Owner fault not hair staff city council should visit this place and have word with him

The owner Ali or Ikbal whatever his name is has got an distgusting attidute towards his customers and simply does not have any customer service skills. Other day I went in and there was a queue and he was standing behind the till coming to an end of serving a customer once he had finished the second customer an elderly women went up to him and suddenly he started shouting "stand back stand back" the poor women was so cunfused at what he was saying well we all were confused because there is a massive high till in between them both then he went on to say the till is closed and his daughter over there will now take over whilest he has his lunch bearing in mind the massive queue of customer and he only had 1 staff which was his daughter and himself plus the way he spoke to her in front of customers is absolutly appualing and arguing with her about change in the till whilest there is customers in the shop waiting is simply distgracful behaviour for a grown man. I also belive he is quite tight and cannot hire any staff well maybe no one other than his family can stick to working with him. Never again will I be visiting plenty of post offices in the area.
