I had my driving test this monday and it was a really good experience. Thanks to David who done my driving test.
Staff are very professional, fair and courteous. Small test centre and does need a water machine to allow anxious customers to have a drink. Easy access and good size training yard.
Examiners are great! put pupils at ease. All instructors here are really friendly too.
Cancelled test due to “bad weather conditions”. It snowed an hour prior, I get that, but the snow has completely melted before the test was supposed to take place. ‍
Exactly what it says on the tin. Still Covid secure, friendly staff, facilities for nervous candidates include toilets and silent stares.
It was a very relaxed atmosphere, test examiner was excellent thanks
Passed Mod 2 today, unfortunately for Alan he had to put up with me on mod1 and 2 in the last few weeks. Been nervous on both and I must have been annoying as hell for him, managed to pass both first time don't envy him if he has to deal with worse. Cant fault the man or the facilities. Hopefully he wont have to deal with me with my next licence for his sake.
3 consecutive cancelled tests all due to supposed high wind although wind speed not excessively high. Had to twice pay for training both wasted. Avoid this test centre at all costs. It’s taken me 2 months to get rebooked after first cancellation and looking at the new year before a new test. Huge waste of money and time as more training will be needed to stay sharp. SURELY IF THE WIND IS SO BAD THE TEST CENTRE SHOULD BE MOVED.
When you go for test you are already nervous and the inspector should make you comfortable, but when you get Kevin they is no chance, very bad attitude and he put he's own satnav loud and he tell you where to go the same time and tell you don't follow the satnav ????surely there is mute option in satnav so you don't get confuse listen to both.but never mind hope next text anywhere alse apart from Gateshead.
I only use this test centre examiners are fair but don’t come here expecting an easy pass not going to happen.
