I had the pleasure of dealing with one of the sales reps Luke recently. To say it was the easiest purchase of anything I've ever made would be an understatement. Within minutes of placing an online deposit I received a call back from cheery Luke who quickly set about ensuring all my needs were met and from the car arriving that same day it was ready for pickup by the end of the very same week! Luke took great care to go into detail on all their after sales offering and sufficient info and paperwork supporting everything was provided in advance allowing me time to review options. In the end I opted for the additional total loss cover at a great price. I had the slight difficulty of having no car due to what I could only describe as a cowboy experience elsewhere so it was heartening to finally be greeted with great professionalism from Luke. He's an excellent ambassador for the company and I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to Charles Hurst Portadown. The car itself came fully serviced, MOT'd, clean all round and immaculately detailed. I was also lucky enough to avail of their £500 off event at the time which was an added bonus. As a recent arrival in NI, I was most appreciative of the in depth explanation given on taxing a car in NI...most helpful. In short, if you're in the market for a used car give them a call. Friendly professionals who stand out in a world of pushy and thoughtless sales tactics!!
The experience that I had when purchasing my car in October was very professional. I was served by Joel, who from the word go was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything that I needed to know very clearly. He allowed me to take the Adam for a short drive around the area to enable me to see what it would be like to drive. Joel and Tony informed me about all the services which were available throughout the whole process. Also Stephen from the Service Dept did a great job on checking that everything was in order before I collected the car. Having bought all of my previous cars from Charles Hurst in Portadown, I have always found the whole team to be very professional and efficient and have never had any problems. A special thanks again to Joel for all his help and I absolutely love driving my ‘little Adam’! A great job, well done!
The experience that I experienced at Charles Hurst at the end of October was nothing but amazing and professional. I was served by Joel and from the minute we met, it genuinely felt that I was speaking to an old friend I hadn't seen in years despite being the first time I had seen the man. I was taken out in a car which was the one I ended up choosing by Andrew and he was nothing but nice to me. I was set up with my car and I must say I couldn't be happier with how everything transpired. Joel, Andrew and Tony made sure that I was well informed about all services that were available to me and I drove away in my new car one very happy customer. If I had to rate the experience out of ten from start to finish it would be 100. I was kept very informed throughout the whole process and I am very glad that I went to Charles Hurst to choose my vehicle. A special thanks again to Joel, Andrew and Tony, they have helped me rediscover a love for driving again.
I ordered a car few months ago and I finally received it today. Stephen over motability has been superb. He is very friendly and helpful, he does his utmost to keep you informed and up to date with everything. When I arrived he took his time to go over things with me. Excellent Service!! Had a great experience at Charles Hurst Portadown with Stephen McMahon who was just brilliant from the moment we walked in through the door. We were always kept fully informed throughout the entire process of delivery. Chose the Grandland Ultimate, which is an excellent car, more than happy with the product and the service.
I’m more than happy with the service I received, super quick, friendly, informative and reliable. Stephen looked after me extremely well and made the process of getting my first new car really easy, calming any anxieties I had and making it an exciting and quick deal. The lady at the desk was very nice too making sure me and granda was topped up with tea and coffee, such a great experience and I’m just in love with my new Vauxhall Corsa GS Line, a big thank you guys.
I was contacted by last Friday by Thomas Whan about changing my car which I had been thinking about. This young man was very professional well mannered, patient & very helpful to me. Everything was straight forward, my own personal video presented to me of the car I had requested and giving the choice of when I had wanted to call take it for a test drive. Beautiful car sitting perfect & ready for me arriving and the process of document signing and explanation of first payment to be taken out of my account all explained clearly. First time Customer with Charles Hurst, and the best ever. Couldn’t fault the approach and communication after I enquired about a car which unfortunately sold before I had time to view. After a few days I was emailed regarding a new car of the same make and model which we eventually viewed and purchased instantly. Thomas was our Sales rep, and could not fault him, his daily updates/videos were brilliant, the showroom in general was immaculate, and had a really positive vibe inside! Overall the process was extremely quick and professional, and would have no problem dealing with this branch again! Many thanks!
Just collected my new Mokka-e from Stephen. I couldn't ask for better, he has been so accommodating. Am super delighted with the new car and he showed me all I need to know. Definitely recommend dropping in, if you need a new car.
