I had an excellent visit to Manchester's Porcelanosa, their showrooms and materials are fantastic, and I was treated very well by Maria and colleague. Maria gave her full attention to my requirements, found a very attractive selection to choose from, and is providing attentive design advice; moreover her lovely manner made the visit a treat. I've used Porcelanosa for 2 bath/shower rooms in the past and was delighted with the results, and look forward to progressing the new project.

Poor welcome, poor approach. No acknowledgment when you walk in door. Not busy either. They judge a book by a cover. If they don’t like how you look they assume you are time wasters and don’t really want to spend. Not one cracked a smile. Total put off. Why are you there if you don’t want to assist! Their loss not mine. Please more training needed for customer service. Not everyone needs to wear a wide awake suit to prove you are serious about buying. I could be related to ANYONE!

Outstanding service from Patrycja at the Manchester store. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed and a quick service! Her communication was excellent and had great knowledge about the tile we needed to order. Thank you Patrycja!

I ordered tiles from their Manchester store. Right from choosing the tiles to receiving the tiles everything was a smooth process. Tiles are of excellent quality as well. After service is superb. I fell sort of some tile and they were happy to help without hesitation. In specific the staff at Manchester Sam and Warrington were really helpful throughout the process. Really good customer service and good product.

Try to find a specific wall tile for replacing a broken one in store. The sale consultant Iliana was so helpful and kind. She found me the one I need as soon as I showed her picture on my phone. She even gave me a sample for replacing. Lovely lady, good customer service. Definite recommend.

Sam Hockenhull was absolutely amazing!!! Great advice and assistance, bent over backwards for us and super friendly and lovely. Will definitely be shopping for our new kitchen here!!

We're having some plumbing fixes in our bathroom and needed some replacement tiles in case the tiles cracked when the plumbers removed them. I popped into the shop and not only did they find the tile straight away, they kindly gave us them for free : thank you so much for the kind and helpful service!

I do not recommend !!!!  I paid £ 2,000 for the bathroom tiles, half of the order was sent to me, and I couldn't get the rest of the tiles.  Finally, after 2 months of complaints, they sent the rest.  Arrogant woman in customer service
