Ordered 2 heat sealers.. been using amazons cheap ones so had expected quality at the cost. Unpacked both day they arrived to find neither worked! They have been sent back and been over a week now and still no refund. Would not use website again or recommend. They need to reassess their suppliers too! Clearly bad batch
We ordered a True 1 Door Direct Draw Beer Dispenser 1x1/2 Barrel on May 25th with an expected delivery date of August 2nd. At the end of July we were notified that the item had been delayed a few days before expected delivery. We were then told they could get the same model in a different colour sent out sooner than waiting for our original order which we were happy to accept. We finally received the new keg at the end of August to find that whenever we plugged the unit in, it tripped the power in that room, we had our electrician look at it and he confirmed there is plenty of power available for that units demand. We then reached out to yourselves again and you quickly sent out an engineer. The engineer established the issue and confirmed that unit needs a new compressor as this is what is causing the room to trip. This was carried out on August 9th. You then emailed us on the 12th to say that you would be replacing the unit and ordering the spare part just in case. It is since this day that things have become awful, you will see on my account how many times I have had to call over the last month. There must be at least 10 times over the last month that your staff have told me they would chase it up and get back to me. To this day I have never once received a call back from Nisbets. I have had to chase this day in day out. I have had to speak with True directly because of the lack of response from Nisbets. I have had to make endless calls to eventually get hold of David Lowe who is True’s parts manager. I still to this day have no idea when this spare part is going to arrive. I am told that the item was dispatched Friday but for some reason nobody can find any tracking information for me which in its self is very strange in this day an age. As a customer spending this amount of money there shouldn’t ever be a scenario in which I should be having to do this amount of work just to get our keg working/fixed/replaced. I have Nisbets telling me that the warranty is with True, I have True telling me that the warranty is with Nisbets. I don’t care about the particulars, I shouldn't have to even know about any of that, I as the customer should be put first and any issues with warranty should be disputed between yourselves and True. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Ordered with them and never delivered. Had to fight for refund and they said taking 2-3 weeks. Waooo alredy waited for my delivery over 2 weeks and for refund another few weeks. Ingnore them if you can. Thanks

I ordered last year oven worth 2000 it’s stopped working I rang them they said Lincet will get to me and it’s over a month rang them couple of times they still waiting for engineer only one person covering whole county .absolutely shocking I am end of buying another one because can’t be asked these stupid companies and chase them around . So if they warranty it’s will stop all there item after 12 month or near .but to get it fix it will take a lot of chasing
Rapid delivery, 1 star deducted for wasteful packaging, each item was in it's own plastic bag/box when they all would've fit in 1 box
I bought an item on the website, went to pick it up, not there... they sold it someone else - no other stock, nothing even remotely similar. they would have stock in 3 months time! They said I could drive to Liverpool and try the shop there but they wouldnt get the item to the Manchester store. I asked for a refund but was refused as i bought it online. The refund will come after 5 days. So no product, no refund this week, no help.
it's the second time I try to pay in cash and he refuses to pay me for the products, saying. an incredibly cold attitude on their part
0bviously this is targeted for businesses but I picked up a couple of kitchen bits for myself. They're good quality items in here at a decent price. Good shop to have on the radar when needing kitchen equipment.
My boyfriend and I went in to look for a bread lame knife for cutting dough as a present for Christmas. It was about an hour before closing and all the staff members were clumped together chatting near the tills. While one staff member was very polite and helpful when asked about the item, another staff member said under their breath ' Why don't you just use a normal knife like the rest of us?'. I don't appreciate this very rude comment and will take my money elsewhere in the future.
