I had used Osbornes around 8 years ago to fit Amtico flooring downstairs after some renovation work, I was super happy with the job and they made sure it was done in time for Christmas.  Recently, my partner Jayne and I used them to fully re-carpet and fit some vinyl in our 3 storey home. We were delighted with the end to end experience. We'd held off having such a big job done due to being worried about moving heavy furniture, but it couldn't have been easier with the advice and help from John, Ian and Mark. They did 2 rooms at a time, and even managed to work around beds etc. Our home looks totally refreshed and we are so happy. It was also refreshing not to have any sales pitch, and just have the right advice tailored to our needs. Thanks guys!

Would recommend these guys to anyone wanting flooring fitted I had the entire house done with lvt on the floors and runner carpet on the stairs. Mark was great in the show room, he was very helpful got us sorted out with exactly what we were after. Jon and Ian were also great getting the fitting done their attention to detail was fantastic, they got the job done quicker than expected to a great standard. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.

From the first meeting with Mark at their showroom to the final finish we had no problems with any aspect of the work. Great communication. Mark called in the evening of our visit to the showroom and assured us that the slightly different levels of the three rooms would not be a problem for the fitters John and Ian. And so it turned out. They laid over 40 sq meters of laminate flooring with underlay in under two days 'feathering' the uneven levels. Clean and efficient service. Delighted with the results. I would have no hesitation in recommending Osbornes. Thank you.

Amazing service from beginning to end. I have had Ambience LVT installed throughout the downstairs and it has transformed our home. Mark was professional, informative and genuinely very accommodating during the whole process from initial enquiries, our many subsequent visits choosing the right flooring, providing a competitive price, to keeping us updated throughout the project. John and Ian were equally professional, knowledgeable and experienced in their trade. They were both polite and humorous, gave great customer service during the installation; from preparing the ground, making it good to go, levelling, DPC, screed etc to installing the tiles  to an excellent finish. We would definitely recommend Osborne Flooring, Chorlton.

Fantastic service from John and Ian who ensured our flooring was ready in time for Christmas and our daughters birthday party. A very professional service, arrive when they say they will and they ensure the sub floors are perfect before they'll even contemplate undertaking the final installation. Highly recommended if you want a hassle free installation with no dramas. A real pleasure to deal with people who actually do what they say they'll do.

I just want to say that the service we received from Mark, John and Ian has been superb.  They arrived when they said they would, worked tirelessly, and left us with a fantastic looking floor.  When we originally had an issue with faulty manufacturing they instantly gave an undertaking to replace it.  Mark in the office was a wonderful and effective link during this process.  They are skilled craftsmen and take great pride in their work.  Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant service provided by very knowledgeable and caring individuals- we had our kitchen floor done 8 years ago, just before Christmas we had the lounge and hallway done to match. You can’t tell they were done so far apart they flow seamlessly. We had unforeseen issues with damp once the old floor was removed. Despite the extra work and layers required Osbournes ensured we had the floor completed before Christmas. Can’t fault them.

Brilliant service. 30 foot lounge carpet fitted in under 2 hours. Replaced all the heavy furniture. All round a very professional job - unlike other local fitters HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
