Any time we visit Watford for shopping, we go to Ponti's, have done for as long as I can remember. The food is always great. Very sad to hear it will be closing on December 31st.

Ponti's watford. Not bad but they can do better than this.

Pleasant self service eatery in Intu Watford. Italian influenced cafe menu usually well enough executed. Venue looks tired and would benefit from a makeover.

Absolutely disgusting service and rubbish food .. Throw ur money in bin rather than going here. Cold breakfast served, rude owner and appalling service

I don't recommended it especially for families. Rude staff and poor customer service. I had an issue with one of their staff but rather than fixing the issue and apologising for their staff's silly behaviour, they said that no action will be taken. This means no body will lissen to you if you have a problem or if they offended you !

A lovely coffee and croissant had in a relaxed atmosphere!
